Display Special Offer in Menu
Special Offers is a feature that lets you highlight special deals, promotions, or any important information at the top of your digital menu.
These offers appear above your category list on the start page of your menu, ensuring maximum visibility for your message.
A Special Offer can include up to seven elements:

Title

All of these elements are optional. If you leave any blank, they will simply collapse and remain hidden from view. This means you can get creative and use Special Offers to display any message you’d like—even if it doesn’t include a price.

To create a new Special Offer, simply click “Create New Offer.” The interface works similarly to the Categories or Menu Items dashboards.

You’ll be able to enter text for each element in all the languages you’ve set up for your menu.

You can add an image. (For best performance, use small file sizes, and always ensure you have the right to publish the image.)

You can add a video. Videos must be hosted on YouTube. If you don’t have your own YouTube channel, we’re happy to help upload and link your video to our channel. Contact us via WhatsApp at +34 672 076 448 for assistance.

Use the toggle switch under “Display Special Offer in Menu” to choose whether you want Special Offers to appear on your menu. The change takes effect immediately. You can turn this feature on or off at any time.
You can set your offers to appear only on specific days or during certain hours. Click the “Set Timing” button and choose the days and times when you’d like your offer to be hidden.
If you want an offer to stay hidden regardless of timing, simply click the “Hide Offer” button. The offer will remain invisible on your menu until you manually click “Show Offer.”
Yes! You can create as many Special Offers as you like. This makes it easy to prepare offers in advance and quickly switch between them based on what you want to promote.
However, please note that only one Special Offer can be displayed on your menu at any given time.Each Special Offer can be assigned an order number. Order numbers do not have to be consecutive. You can leave gaps between numbers to allow flexibility for future adjustments.
At any given moment, the system will display the visible offer with the lowest order number.
An offer is considered visible if it is not hidden by either:-
the time-based schedule (Set Timing), or
-
the general “Hide Offer” button.
Example:
Imagine it’s Saturday at 9:00 PM. You have the following offers:-
An offer with order number “1,” but it’s scheduled to be hidden on Saturdays from 7 PM to 10 PM.

An offer with order number “2,” which is hidden using the “Hide Offer” button (indicated in red on the list).

An offer with order number “4,” which is hidden only on weekdays but is visible on Saturdays.

Three additional offers with order numbers 7, 10, and 18.
In this scenario, your menu will display the offer with order number “4” because it’s the lowest order number that is not hidden at the current time.
