Guide to Managing Your Table Reservations

  • Our table reservation tool is a powerful feature that dynamically calculates your real-time availability and lets your guests book a table online with ease.
     

    It works great as a standalone website or landing page for your restaurant—perfect for sharing on social media. In addition to the reservation feature, your page also displays your restaurant’s key information: name, address, photos, video, descriptions (short and long), opening hours, social media links, contact details, and your live menu.
     

    The entire page is fully optimized for all devices. Whether your guests are browsing on desktop, tablet, or mobile, everything—from your menu to your booking system—will appear beautifully and be easy to use.
     

    Based on the details you set on this page (number of tables, guests per table, maximum group size, daily bookable hours—including split shifts, and booking duration), the system automatically calculates your availability and shows open time slots to your guests.
     

    Both you and your guests will receive a confirmation email for each reservation. You can view and manage all upcoming bookings right here on this page.
     

    You can even require a deposit if you wish!

  • Using reservations is completely optional. To enable it, toggle the switch to "YES" just below this guide. Once enabled, a booking link will automatically appear on your restaurant’s menu pages.

    ​

    If you don’t want to offer reservations, simply toggle it to "NO". Booking links will be hidden, and guests won’t be able to reserve a table.

  • All incoming reservations are listed in the “Your Upcoming Reservations” section below.

    ​

    Each entry shows:

    • The reservation date and time

    • Guest name

    • Group size

    • Contact details

     

    You can cancel any reservation from this list. The guest will automatically be notified via email. If you’d like to explain the reason, you can contact them directly using their phone or email provided in the booking details.

  • In the “Your Reservation Settings” section, you can define when and how you accept reservations. You'll be able to configure:

    ​

    • Total number of tables (and how many to make available for booking)

    • Number of guests per table

    • Maximum group size accepted

    • Length of each reservation (in minutes—e.g., 60, 90, or 120)

     

    When a guest selects their preferred date and group size, the system checks your real-time availability and displays open slots based on these settings and your booking hours (set in the next section).

    ​

    You can also add a deposit requirement for reservations. To do this, you’ll need to use an external payment link—Stripe or PayPal are recommended. Just paste your payment link and set the deposit amount.

  • You can add up to three email addresses to receive an instant automated notification message immediately after a booking has been submitted. These emails will include all important information about the reservation.

    ​

    If you don't want to send these notifications to three team members, only add one or two, and leave the rest blank.

  • In the “Set Your Bookable Time” section, you can define exactly when you’re open to accepting reservations. This does not need to match your regular opening hours.
     

    For each day, you can set:

    • Start time for the first bookable slot

    • End time for the last slot

    • Optional: split openings (e.g., lunch and dinner hours)


    You can also enable or disable bookings for any day of the week with a simple switch.
