You can edit items in one category at a time.

Work on your prices without affecting your live menu, then publish the new prices either one by one or all at once with a single click.
The prices you enter are automatically saved as “sandbox prices,” but they won’t affect your live menu until you click “Publish All In This Category.” You will need to publish the new rates for each categories individually.
Pricing Sandbox is a tool that allows you to work on your prices in the background without affecting your live menu. You can save your progress and return to it later—your changes will be stored but not published until you’re ready.
Once you’re finished, you can publish your updated price list across your entire menu with a single click. Only the prices you’ve updated in the sandbox will change; all other prices will remain the same.
First, select a category from the dropdown menu.
You can edit the prices of items in one category at a time. When you’re done, save your changes by clicking the “Save Sandbox” button for each item where you’ve added a new price, then move on to the next category.
IMPORTANT: Whenever you add one or more new prices to an item, be sure to click “Save Sandbox” right away. You need to save changes individually for each item.
You can also clear the sandbox price for any item by clicking the “Clear Sandbox” button within that item’s box.
Alternatively, you can clear the entire sandbox across all categories in your menu by clicking the “Clear All Sandbox” button on the right side of the screen. This will not affect your live prices—it will simply delete any values you’ve entered in the sandbox.
Click the “Publish All In This Category” button on the right side of the screen.
For every item where you’ve added a value in the sandbox, the live price will be overwritten with the sandbox value. Any blank sandbox fields will leave the original prices unchanged.
You need to publish the new prices of each categories individually.
