For Layouts #3 and #4, setting Color #4 to match Color #1 can create a cleaner, list-style look by removing the box outlines.

Feel free to experiment! Your menu is made up of 12 customizable colors. Check the guide below with images to see which elements each color controls. You can set each color using HEXA codes or find the perfect shade manually with our built-in color mixer. Use the live preview on the left to see your changes. To apply them fully, just refresh the page.

If you're using a dynamic QR code, this selected layout will also be displayed.

However, we recommend using static QR codes for faster performance.

Browse and Select a Layout

  • Your Digital Menu offers 4 unique layouts to choose from—but these are just starting points. Any unused elements (such as images, videos, or descriptions) will automatically collapse, keeping your layout clean and well-organized.

    With both pre-set color themes and a custom color builder, you can tailor your menu to perfectly match your brand. Once you've added your content and data, your menu is automatically available across all layouts, and you can switch between them at any time.

    Use the 'Check Demo' buttons in the below Browse and Select a Layout section to see each layout design. If you aim to use Dynamic QR Codes, then set your favourite version by clicking the 'Use This Layout' button, and your Dynamic QR Code will lead to the selected layout.

    The "Menu" button from your Table Reservation page will also lead to the selected layout, so it's important to mark your favourite, even if you will use static QR codes on your tables.

  • Want the freedom to change layouts daily—without reprinting QR codes?

     

    Our Dynamic QR Codes let you control which layout is displayed, while keeping the same printed code on your tables.

     

    Note: Dynamic QR codes may slightly increase loading time by 2–3 seconds, as an extra redirect step is required.

  • If you already have a preferred layout, we recommend using a Static QR Code for faster performance.

     

    If you go with the Static QR Codes, you don't need to do anything here, simply download the corresponding codes of "Layout 1", "Layout 2", "Layout 3", or "Layout 4" based on your selected layout on the Restaurant Details page.

    If you're not using the "Call the Waiter" button, you can use the Generic QR Code and place the same one on every table. However, if you do want to use the "Call the Waiter" feature, be sure to download and place the correct QR code on each table, so the system can accurately detect where the request is coming from.

     

    You can download both dynamic and static QR codes from the Restaurant Details page.

  • Below, you'll find four pre-set color schemes, each designed with a unique style in mind. You can preview each one live using our demo restaurant menus, select your favorite, and fine-tune it later if you'd like.

    You can explore each theme across all four layouts by either scanning the numbered QR codes or clicking the “Layout” buttons.

    ​

    Once you’ve found the color scheme that best matches your preferences, click “Use This Color Theme”—your menu will automatically apply the selected colors.

    ​

    You can still make further adjustments to the selected theme in the next section of this page.

  • Your digital menu is built from 12 separate colors, and you can freely customize each one.
     

    While we recommend starting with one of our pre-set color themes, you're welcome to fine-tune it or create your own custom scheme here.
     

    Below, you’ll find mobile mockups and descriptions explaining what each of the 12 colors controls on your live menu.
     

    You can enter HEXA codes to match your brand colors, or experiment with new shades using the color mixer on the right side of the screen.
     

    If you use the mixer, you’ll need to manually copy and paste the HEXA code into the corresponding color field, then save your changes.
     

    To apply the updated colors to the live preview on the right, you’ll need to refresh the page.
